RAC is a disclosure integrity control layer — not a tracking pixel, not a CRM read receipt, and not a contract-signing ceremony.
Why this matters: Traditional email proves transmission. RAC proves governed delivery — the exact approved version, identity-bound access/acknowledgement, lifecycle correction, and exportable evidence.
